Loop Thread Studio specializes in handmade crochet goods, including crochet flower bouquets, bags, plushies, keychains, dolls, custom pet portraits, and handmade jewelry accessories. All products are handcrafted artisanal items.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of our products. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.
- Product Information & Handmade Characteristics
All items sold on this site are 100% handmade crochet products. Due to the nature of handcrafting, minor differences in size, color, stitching, and shape may occur between the received item and the product photos displayed on the website. Such subtle variations are not considered defective or faulty products and are normal for handmade goods.
We strive to display product colors and details accurately through photos and videos. However, slight color differences may appear due to different device screens, lighting conditions, and shooting environments, which do not constitute a valid reason for return or refund.
- Custom Orders & Personalized Items
We provide custom crochet services, including personalized pet bird portraits, customized size, color, and pattern orders. All custom-made and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a custom order is confirmed and production starts, no cancellation or modification is allowed. We will strictly follow the customer’s provided photos, sizes, and requirements for production. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by unclear customer requirements or incorrect reference materials.
- Order Processing & Payment Terms
All orders will be processed only after full payment is received. We support third-party secure payment gateways, and we do not store your complete credit card or payment details on our site.
You guarantee that all payment information you provide is true, valid, and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment failure, or abnormal order behavior.
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD), excluding international shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees of your local country.
- Shipping & Delivery Terms
Processing Time: All in-stock handmade crochet items require 2–5 business days of production and preparation time before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Transit Time: Shipping transit time varies by region, estimated as below:
- Europe, UK, Canada: 9–13 business days
- United States: 15–20 business days (possible logistics delays)
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Mexico, Central & South America and other regions: 15–30 business days
All shipping times are estimated only. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local postal delays, weather, force majeure, or other uncontrollable factors are not within our responsibility. Once the parcel is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage during transportation is transferred to the buyer.
- Returns & Refunds Rules
We support a 30-day return and refund policy from the date you receive the package.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging, without any signs of wear or artificial damage.
Non-returnable & non-refundable items:
- All custom-made / personalized crochet products
- Digital download products (if applicable)
- Final sale / clearance discounted items
- Items damaged by improper use, washing, or artificial modification by customers
Return Process: Please contact us via email first to obtain official return authorization before sending back items. Unauthorized returned parcels will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect the returned items, qualified refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Defective & Damaged Goods
If you receive defective (production quality flaws) or wrong items, please contact us with clear photos and videos within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will verify the issue and provide solutions such as replacement, partial refund, or full refund free of charge.
We do not accept compensation applications for damage caused by customer misuse, improper storage, or artificial damage after receipt.
